No, Currently we are offering just Cash on Delivery & Payment To our Bank option.

How would we know that our required product is available on your platform ?

You can search your product in search bar. If your required product is available in our product list that clearly means it is available in our stock, if there would be any issue of shortage of any product, We will let you know before delivering your order.

How long it would take to deliver us our order ?

Our aim is to deliver you as fast as we can. We try our best to deliver any order in maximum 2-3 hours. However, Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location as well the type of product you order.

What are your delivery charges ?

Delivery charges depends on the weight of product you order.

Is there any minimum order limit ?

No, there is no minimum order limit. You can order a single tablet or capsule.

How can we cancel the order ?

Once your order gets confirmed, You cannot cancel the order.

Is it possible to cancel the order after getting deliver ?

Once you have placed your order and it got delivered to you and you didn’t collect it by any reason you will be charged fine of Rs.200 only.

Why in stock or out of stock is not mentioned on any single product in your website?

If the product gets finish or not available in our warehouse, We do not say NO directly to the customer. We try our best to arrange it through our vendor, link or any reference, That’s why we didn’t mention our stock quantity or availability.

Do you update your prices on daily basis?

Due to rapid fluctuation of prices and bulk purchasing of stock, It is really tough to update prices on daily basis. So we share updated prices before dispatching the order.

How can we get updates on our order after proceeding to checkout?

It’s an automated system that whenever someone proceed the order they gets the order details to the given email. Order processing details will also be shared to your given email through reply.

What are your timings?

  • Order delivery timings – 9am-6pm (for lahore)
  • Order dispatching timings – 9am-6pm (all over the Pakistan)
  • WhatsApp Sector timings – 7pm-2am
  • Mail sector timings – 7am-2am
  • urgent delivery timings – depends on the queue!

What is process of getting urgent deliveries?

We deliver urgent deliveries only in lahore. You have to pay full payment of product in advance and we will not charge delivery charges. We will use third party apps (in-drive, bykea etc.) and you have to pay delivery charges to their rider accordingly.

Do you deliver out of country?

We deliver medicines in Pakistan currently. Other products can be delivered in different countries depending on different criterias.
